I recently had a new boiler fitted by A and B plumbing. I found them to be excellent. Heather at the office got a quote to me on the same day, she was really kind and very helpful in talking through all the options. Alex came out to look at the job in person and I felt confident on him leaving that I was going with the right company. I found them to be really efficient, they worked swiftly and I am really pleased with the installation and very happy to recommend them as a company.

What started off as a straightforward radiator upgrade expanded into a full on repipe of the heating system to eradicate a frustrating micro bore system. After a few teething issues getting everything to work properly, Alex and his Team stuck at the job such that we now have a fully working system and the house is warmer than it’s ever been. Have used this company for a while now, had 2 boilers fitted by them. just recently had a Worcester bosch combi fitted from a back boiler, good workmanship, neat pipework, tidy, great at sticking to time schedule, good communication and good competitive price. Aftercare is also very good. As with most reliable and good heating engineers, they do get busy but can get to you no problem. I get them to do my gas certs every year. Keep up the good work.

They are great! Had them around the first time to deal with our toilet, and the second time to add plumbing for a new dishwasher. What we wanted done was hard to explain, so they came around beforehand to see what was possible, and in the end made it work. Excellent communication with the company; Alex was a wonderful person to have in the house for a few hours. Highly recommended.

What Is A Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)?

A Gas Safety Certificate, also known as a CP12, is a legal document confirming that the gas appliances, flues and associated pipework within your rental property have been inspected by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

The inspection ensures your gas installations are operating safely and comply with current legislation. Following a successful inspection, you’ll receive a CP12 certificate which must be provided to existing tenants within 28 days and to new tenants before they move into the property.

As a landlord, your Gas Safety Certificate must be renewed every 12 months to remain compliant.
